Scope of application
For business relations between KauPo Plankenhorn, Max-Planck-Str. 9/3, 78549 Spaichingen and the customer this terms and conditions apply exclusevely.Opposed or departed terms won't be acknowledged by MP artware. Opposed terms of customers are only effective if KauPo Plankenhorn agrees explicit and in written form.

Prices
This offer is without engagement. All prices are shown in Euro (€). Prices are valid for the shown and described items, without decoration or accessories, unless it's mentioned explicit.

Consignment
Normally deliveries occur ex works from stock Spaichingen.Subject to prior sale and partial delivery. Please click here for the shipping charges.

Right of withdrawal
You may cancel your contractual statement within two weeks in textual form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) without indicating any reasons or by returning the respective goods. Please read the complete right of withdrawal.

Reservation of proprietary rights
The delivered goods remain property of KauPo Plankenhorn till they are paid completely.

Warranty & quality
Innovations of design and/or technical enhancements of our products are possible.
We accord the warranty as prescribed by law. It begins at the date of purchase shown on the invoice. The warranty includes material- and manufacturing defects which can be cleared by reparation, credit note or replacement. Damages which occur through false handling, use of force or natural wear are not included by the warranty.

Data protection
KauPo Plankenhorn saves your data only for your orders and it's transaction. We don't give any data (incl. addresses or email) of you to a third party. Exepted are our service partners who need the data for executing your order. Please read here for more details.

Place of jurisdiction is the court responsible for Spaichingen.
