Retarder (curing retarder for ACRYLIC ONE polymer gypsum):
ACRYLI ONE Retarder prolongs the pot life (attention: also the demoulding time!) of the material. To ensure good distribution in the material, it should be mixed into the liquid component beforehand.
Percentage of the quantity to be added according to the weight of the liquid component and the resulting pot life:
1 % -> approx. 45 minutes
2 % -> approx. 70 minutes
3 % -> approx. 95 minutes
4 % -> approx. 120 minutes
5 % -> approx. 145 minutes (max. delay)
The maximum quantity to be added is 5 % of the liquid component!
